Recognising that the future lies in the hands of the next generation, Planet Together is brought to you by Earth9 and Nporium to help schools balance their carbon footprint.
We aim to bring parents, children and schools together to measure, reduce and mitigate their carbon emissions. Whilst ensuring children can take part in an engaging carbon balancing journey, schools can effectively teach the next generation just how important it is to look after our planet.
Educate the next generation
In the classroom, young people can be taught about global warming and climate change. When they learn about it, they will understand the impact on our planet. They can also learn how to adapt to these changes. Education is important because it not only empowers people, but it also motivates the young to take action. When they know the facts, it will help them understand an issue that is often feared.
Inspire & build
the community
Planet Together involves collaboration from teachers, children and parents. The experience of working together to solve problems in both play and projects creates opportunities for children to learn important cooperation.
Balance your carbon footprint
Reducing emissions is important, but it’s also important to learn about how to reduce emissions that can’t be avoided. Once these unavoidable emissions are calculated, schools can participate in a fundraising event to raise money to offset their carbon emissions by funding nature-based projects.
